We get it.
The task of constructing innovative, high-quality
and cost-effective facilities may seem daunting.
That's why, at Omega Construction, we start on
your project as early as the conceptual and design
phase. Working with your design team as much,
or as little as you prefer, we understand that
in order for this stage to be successful, everyone
must work together.
Our Pre-Construction services
include, but are not limited to:
- Review of drawings
and scope of work to better understand the expectations
of the Project Team.
- Input provided to
identify costly items, offer alternatives, and
establish budget constraints.
- Detailed planning
of the construction process. An estimate and
presentation of costs for each phase of the
project.
